Open communication leads to better stock performance

HBR.org’s “Daily Stat” today is a good one.  According to the Corporate Executive Board, companies with more open communication – an important element of being a Good Employer – outperformed others in the stock market over a ten-year period (7.9 percent annually versus 2.1 percent).
